We purchase logs in the southwest of Germany and in parts of France and Switzerland. Based on our long term experience
we know the best growing areas for different species and wood qualities. The logs are mainly bought from certificated
forests (PEFC and FSC).
Our suppliers, the forest administration and private forest owners, respect our skills
and reliability.
All logs can be debarked.
We will buy the following wood types for you:
Beech / oak / red oak / ash / poplar / maple-tree
Quality: A, B, C, D
Long form or cut to special length
Diameter: including thin diameters for pulp-wood industry; large diameters for the saw-mill industry and for
veneers.
Spruce / fir / douglas-fir / pine / larch
Quality: A, B, C, D
Long form or cut to special length
Diameter:
ranging from small diameters for the pulp-wood industry, to large diameters for saw- mills.
